The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in the built environment is an urgent challenge and an important priority for the service; using your expertise you’ll be expected to make a valuable contribution to this.
As a Principal Building Control Surveyor, you’ll be one of a team of technical surveyors providing guidance and advice on all building control matters. From day one, you’ll undertake a wide range of projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. This also includes dealing with dangerous structures and attending other emergency incidents. We have several partnership working agreements that you’ll be involved with, so it is important that you’re able to develop effective client relationships.
