- This role offers hybrid working, allowing you to work either from home or from one of our offices.

Responsibilities
- Having the autonomy of managing your own geographical area
- Carrying out appraisals of Building Control applications to check for compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Carrying out site inspections on all projects in your area, working with clients, designers and contractors.
Essential qualifications/skills

You must be a Registered Building Inspector with the Building Safety Regulator. To be considered for this role, you should be a minimum of Class 2 registration status.

Have experience in Building Control, with the ability of applying the relevant requirements and taking any necessary action.
