In this role, you will lead and manage the delivery and performance of the Building Control, Local Land Charges and street naming services, supporting the delivery homes and economic development. Registered with Building Safety Regulator at class 2, A to F and class 3 G to H, you will provide expert technical and regulatory advice to staff and stakeholders.
You will review and keep up to date building control policy, procedure and process and build operational capability by providing coaching, training, and mentoring to staff. You will reward and recognising good performance and values led behaviours.
