LABC - Learning and Development Specialist

LABC is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate building control professional to join our multi-award-winning learning team, where you’ll use your technical expertise to influence the safety, culture and competence of building control and construction professionals across England and Wales.

You’ll work with our learning team to:

• Support and guide new entrants as they develop core competence and prepare for professional registration
• Help mid-career surveyors to maintain current competence or progress towards aspirational registration classes
• Share your practical knowledge to create engaging, relevant learning for building control and construction professionals
• Contribute to the development and delivery of new CPD modules, programmes and qualifications, with full support from our experienced team.
