Leading on a diverse range of challenging projects. This management position, 10 staff per team. Dealing with the City fringe, Brick Lane area to residential developments in Bow and on towards the redevelopment area previously used by the Olympics. Managing Registered Building Inspectors to ensure they respond to the BSR Leads within reasonable time limits and ensuring the quality of work.
To Lead a Team of enthuastic members of staff with complex and high-risk buidlings
Principal Building Control Surveyor (x2) - Building Control Surveyor (x6) - Building Control Trainee (x1) - Building Control Apprentice (x1) - Building Control Engineer (Structures) (ii) At Grade O Building Control Area Team could also be asked to manage Registered Building Inspectors (number to be agreed at the time)
