In this role, you will:
- Have the opportunity to manage a diverse and exciting portfolio of construction projects, ranging from heritage sites to cutting-edge developments.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements, and working with home owners, developers, architects, and contractors.
- Carry out inspections and assessments across various stages of construction, with a focus on safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in achieving their project goals while safeguarding public interest.
- Play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to team-wide improvements and innovation.
Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Location: This is flexible – working on site or at one of our offices (Huntingdon, Cambourne and Cambridge) or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
