About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Senior Building Inspector to join our professional and well-respected building control team. As part of the team, you will assist in the development, marketing, and implementation of a high-quality Building Control Service in accordance with legislation, professional standards, and corporate priorities.
What you will need:
As a Chartered Professional (MRICS, MCABE, MCIOB) and licensed to, or working towards Class 2F, you should bring solid construction industry experience, a sound knowledge of building regulations and be able to make pragmatic decisions.
You should have extensive building control experience with domestic and commercial properties and be able to work unsupervised in line with the operational standard rules set by the BSR. You will provide high quality advice to our clients, the public, partners, and elected Members to ensure that performance standards and business targets are achieved
