About you
As a Building Control Team Leader, you will bring to the role:
- Experience and Knowledge of the whole Building Control System
- Ability to manage and enthuse people and be part of a busy building control Team
- Good communication Skills and the ability to train and develop fellow RBI’s at all levels
- Enthusiastic and driven with the ability to solve problems and develop new ideas and initiatives.
- Understanding of the remit of a Building Control Team Leader within the wider context of Leeds City Council as a Local Authority
- Good decision-making skills
